AeroScore Inc, a developer of many top web sites, including NC-RTP.com has joined forces with Armor My PC to teach adults and parents how to have safe surf, keep your information confidential, help parents keep their kids from dangerous chatrooms with internet predators, and keep your computer from catching a nasty virus or worm. The course schedule is being prepared now. One of the first classes will be held in the NC RTP.

Carolina Hurricanes lead Edmonton in the Stanley Cup!
The Hurricanes shut out Edmonton in the 2nd game 5 - 0. Last week, the Canes beat Buffalo to win the NHL East Coast Conference championship. Now they are leading the Edmonton Oilers 2 games to 0 for the Stanley Cup. “Caniacs” camped out Thursday night, 6/1/2006, to buy tickets at the RBC Center in Raleigh.

February 06 - Progress Energy wants to build a second reactor. This doubles the risk of a meltdown. If everyone were to try and hit the road to get out of the NC RTP area which is only a few miles away as the crow flies, you’d probably be stuck in traffic for 10 hours. The good news is that if it were to explode, you wouldn’t have to worry.
